Louranisa Ratna Sasmita or as they called her Loura. is a bewildering yet funky, charming, and endearing gal who had a lot of hobbies. mainly shooting range with her Thompson, cooking cuisines from around the world, and racing. And Wiggle Whistle is one of her two cordial machines that she owned. The Frank Castle GT Almera.
She gave it nickname Wiggle Whistle. Because in her mind, the car seems like she wanna dance, so do Loura when she sits besides it. And somehow that makes the car somehow have sentience?, Tho it doesn't really talk much.
As for how it handles, Wiggle Whistle are predominantly fast but somewhat a mediocre in handling. it tends to oversteer often and really tight steering. Thanks to it's 4-wheel steering ability to make the car turn quicker but Loura somehow doesn't know to tweak it better so it stays. Loura wasn't really fond in competitiveness to begin with, just the joy of driving.
And lastly, Loura may or may not have a sibling, who knows? Maybe cgc's next car will include her.
