As an experimental first-track made in Blender, 'thought a larger track would be a good choice for practice. I intend to make other planetary tracks in Blender in order to get better at it.

In the meantime, since Jupiter is my favorite planet, this will be my first Blender-oriented track, which was made with Marv's plugin (Jigebren's plugin oddly stopped working.)

Most of the information is in the readme, but I do plan on updating the track at some point. But for now, it is raceable, and had countless testing done on it day in and day out since October.
Use a fast car if you don't want to spend too much time, otherwise use any car.

Let me know if there are more bugs so I can fix 'em upz, yeahz?

    Also, if it matters:

    12/20/2017
*Small typo in the readme changed.

    12/29/2017
*Io scaled down in the background.
    *Surface materials (dirt).

    2/18/2018
??? (I did not apply this 'ghost' update.)

    7/10/2018
*Background replaced with rotating background. Objects 'Skybox' and 'Clouds' are still present, but aren't seen unless you exit the planet.
*Io (cheezeballz) is removed since it's glitching for some players.
*Floaters do not have ENVMAP on them anymore.

Since there are multiple stars in Practice Mode, you will need to find one and not restart/re-enter the track, otherwise the rest of the stars will disappear. They won't disappear once you've found one and stay in the track.
If you do exit, you'll have to go into the 'profiles' folder where your game is installed and erase the level data file for the track. Doing that will reset your progress of the track and put the stars back.

  1. Not easy, this one, not easy. But fun. It’s like a platformer for cars, especially if racing with hood cam and RL params. And it’s got a very good atmosphere. Oh, and nice touch with falling upwards if getting off track.
