This track was published in 2002. It uses the offroad kit, and it uses the graphics from Glacier Cliffs 2, released in 2001 by Shawn64. Contrary to that track, this track does not use a particularly slippery surface type, but drives as offroad kit tracks usually do. It is also very similar to usual offroad kit tracks: some turns, some humps, a ramp. And if you want, you can just drive around them. It’s probably not worth checking out. Neither creator seems to have made anything else either!
