July 24th, 2026 – Hello, Re-Volters, and welcome back to yet another experimental event!
After getting asked in various occasions whether the Summer Challenge would ever return to Re-Volt World, our resident moderator Mladen007 and myself have been squeezing our brains – we hope you’ll like this little artsy “detour” from standard RV content creation. As always, comments are open, so do not hesitate to tell us what you all think.
What is this?
Content creators can attend the contest by submitting a creation according to the contest themes.
After the deadline, there will be a public voting to determine the winners of each category.
In addition, you can gain Kudos by attending Art on the Beach!
- Attending: You get 25
for attending a category. - Podium: Getting on the podium in a category will give you 50 .
- Winning: Winning a category is worth 100 !
Theme and Categories
The Art on the Beach event features two creation categories, plus a bonus challenge:
- Skin: create a skin for the Beach Blitzer car included in the event assets.
- Art: submit your RV and/or summer vibes themed drawing/illustration for a chance to be featured on the final release of the Seaside Chillin stunt arena!
- Bonus: gain extra Kudos by submitting screenshot proof that you caught all 20 stars in the Seaside Chillin arena – do not cheat!
Beach Blitzer and Seaside Chillin have been specifically created for this event (and will be coming to Re-Volt World as standalone uploads at a later date).

Rules
General rules:
- Deadline for submission is August 16th, 20 UTC.
- Every creator can submit a maximum of ONE creation per category (and it is not mandatory to participate in all of them).
- Collaborations are allowed. Please provide the name(s) of the author(s) you collaborated with.
- Used resources (if any) must be stated in an attached readme, unless their author(s) is (are) okay with free distribution.
- Please don’t upload your entries to Re-Volt World or any other websites before the voting is over.
- It is not mandatory to keep your entries secret before the deadline.
Skin rules:
- The skin must be for Beach Blitzer.
- There is a PSD paintkit in the car’s folder – this will make the skin making process as friendly as it gets.
- The skin can be themed around anything you like, it does not necessarily have to be summer-themed. Go wild!
Art rules:
- Only PNG images are allowed.
- AI-GENERATED PICTURES WILL BE DISCARDED. Using generative AI for a basic draft and then redrawing the images by hand is accepted.
- We’d prefer art with a transparent background, but white is also accepted.
- If you prefer, you may submit a scan of art on real paper: if you do, the scan should be as clear as possible (no photographs!), with no page wrinkles or other defects. Please use blank paper (no lined/squared paper!).
- Your art must fit in (or allow to be cropped to) a square canvas. The resolution can be whatever, though we encourage staying higher than 512×512 – you’ll see why once the winners are revealed! :)
Bonus challenge rules:
- Try to catch all 20 stars contained in the Seaside Chillin stunt arena. This must be done in Arena mode, not in Practice (as there would be no counter on the UI).
- The screenshot must show the Beach Blitzer car. The stars in the arena are all catchable with this car.
- Please do not cheat by using dev mode or free camera.
