Before you download this car, I have to warn you that this is NOT made for players with little to no experience in the game (mostly in the Tap-Steering aspect), BUT if you're willing to try and dominate it, go ahead.
Yes, what you're lookin is exactly what you're thinking, it is the Desert Car from Trackmania/Trackmania United and it does handle the same way most of the time, push it too much while steering and it will flip. Once you get used to it, the car esentially turns into a grip monster, with inmunity to most slippery surfaces and oil slicks, in fact the slippery surfaces (grass, wood, ice) will be your best ally when it comes to steering without flipping.
The paintkit is inside the main folder if you want to make a skin.
