[Lua] Car Game Mode

This modification adds Car Game mode! also known as "Gun Game but with cars". It's a special mode where the car will change each lap, also it will set a minimum of 10 laps if you have set up less than that to ensure car variety. This new mode is also split-screen multiplayer compatible!

ADVANCED FEATURES:
This new mode is also compatible with my Additional Unlocks modification! You can make cars unlock by playing this mode, by using unlock signals like this:

cargame_trackfoldername

where trackfoldername is the name where the user won the race in this mode, for example if you win a race in toy world 2 the full signal name will be "cargame_toy2".

example usage:
cars=tcp_bloodhound, rip target=cargame_nhood1, cargame_market2, cargame_muse2, cargame_garden1   objective=signal

The download also includes an entire unlock rules file with more examples. (this file is completely optional, you don't need it for this mode to work. The only needed file is "cargame_mode.lua").
