This track was released in October 1999 (that’s two months after the game’s release), and is part of Spaceman’s series of science fiction tracks. It takes place in the ruins of some ancient civilisation, in a very cold environment.
Amarna is a very solid track. You’ve got to consider that for tracks at this time, only the track editor was used, and the .inf and texture files were edited. There’s not even any MAKEITGOOD at work here. But regardless, Amarna has very good graphics, nice scenery, and a fun racing line! Like Spaceman’s other tracks, this one is well worth checking out.
