This is Toys in the Hood 1 at night modified mostly with Makeitgood.
The lights are very good, except in the tunnel because it is extremely dark (you only see your car when the strobe above it is turned on).
Most of the textures have been slightly modified. The roads have dirt surface and the sidewalk has gravel surface, I find this a little bit weird, but maybe related to the title.
The raceline is longer, barriers often help to find your way, but there is one place where it is very hard to find where you have to go the first time.
