Cup Generator
Open the Cup Generator -> Load / Create / Save the Cup of your dreams.
Now with additional parameters:

Set the RVGL root folder and Scan/Update. Set the profile you're going to use in RVGL. Now... Leave the CupGen running in the background and the new params will work in rvgl.exe
(Works only with RVGL Launcher, now both 32-bit and 64-bit versions)
But, it did clash against the anti-virus software on my end. So be prepared to allow the program after it has been blocked.

Dude. The best tool in all of RV-GL. When i was younger playing Re-Volt i always thought of making my own cup using different tracks and thanks to this tool the dream came true. 10/10
To the comments that didn’t get the tool working properly: you can troubleshoot with me in discord. Just make sure that the root folder is the folder that includes folders such as ‘downloads’ and ‘packs’ (that contain folders such as ‘main_files’ and ‘rvgl64_assets’). The whole Re-Volt needs to be installed via Launcher so if you’ve installed launcher packs on top of vanilla Re-Volt, the folder structure will be wrong. Also the current version is for 64-bit Windows so any old machines proabably fail to run it.
I have been looking to make a mod for rvgl for a long time. This is a perfect example of a few steps i should take!
This mod itself is great for cup makers, 10/10.
I set the root folder as the RVGL Launcher Folder, but I don’t know if it worked because it’s showing nothing as if I didn’t set the root folder

For some reason, when I did set the root of it, of course, it scanned all the cars and tracks I have, but it will not select my profile and it won’t select the opponents that I have assigned to after saving the cup. What am I doing wrong with it?
