This is a repaint/retune of The Me and Me's Nova Bosch.
It's a Pro, 40mph top speed, and it handles like it looks like it should - like a great big overpowered slab of Detroit sheet metal.
It's pretty solid on sticky tracks, but on the more slippery ones, you're going to have to work to keep the rear end in the rear. It can be done, but you have to be on your toes.
And not surprisingly, that's entirely beyond the abilities of the AI. You'll likely see some amusing sights as you lap it though.
