Rebel Dumper

Another vehicle from Ray Tracers, and the last one from the first stage of the game, but perhaps the most interesting one yet of the traffic cars. Towards leaning the end of the first stage before the bosses, you find this odd green dump truck getting in your way, forcing you to destroy it, or dodge it if you are good at being a pacifist. Thus, in my head canon, this is a rebel that hijacked it, to try stop you (and failing at it).

So, I dub thy name of Rebel Dumper, as we already have something named Dump Truck. Gotta be creative.
