This mod replaces the default menu sounds with the ones from Re-Volt's N64&PSX Version

when i change the sample rate to “11000” it worked correctly with Re-Volt’s original menu sounds but when it comes to other sounds its variable, i’ll test that, thanks for the feedback…
That’s interesting, I did something similar a long time ago, but basically using the same sfx that’s in the PC version. Basically they just play at a much slower speed and the “confirm” and “cancel” sounds are swapped. While your tutorial works, a much better approach would be to just change the sample rate.
I found out about Re-Volt on a cloned R36S retro game emulator, which had the Nintendo 64 version.
