You have to use the -sessionlog launch parameter, and set the filepath of the sessionlogs in the RVGL Live installer.

Scoreboard Values:
RANK
The player’s current displayed rank. The table is sorted by TRUE win percentage first, then total points, wins, podiums, best finish, and player name.
PLAYER
Player name from the RVGL session CSV.
CAR
The player’s most recently recorded car.
LAST
Points earned in the player’s most recent counted race row.
EST. WIN
Estimated win percentage relative to the current leader. The leader is treated as roughly 100%, and other players are shown by how close their true win rate is to the leader, with a small consistency adjustment applied.
TRUE
The player’s actual points efficiency: TOTAL / MAX * 100. This is the main fair ranking metric.
TOTAL
Total points earned across counted races.
MAX
Maximum possible points the player could have earned in the races they appeared in.
RACES
Number of race result rows counted for that player.
WINS
Number of races where the player finished 1st.
PODIUMS
Number of races where the player finished 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.
BEST
Best finishing position recorded for the player.
