This track is a re-imagining of Marv's Housetops layout in the form of Fiddler concept art.
Like the previously released Toys On The Roof, it has a staircase area.
I guess I understand why the developers removed the stairs and antenna section.
Those two sections are very difficult to drive.

Eh, you know what? The antennas aren’t actually all that bad. The stairs are much worse than that, but driving on the antennas, at least on cars of lower ratings is pretty easy. If anything, I would say that the only bad part about this track is the length which is just too short, but that aside, it’s pretty nice.
