Retro Raider is a trophy truck styled in the vain of a 1940-50's pickup truck. With softly sprung springs and seemingly endless suspension travel, this truck is ready to tackle most any jump thrown at it. Just beware -- the wobbly setup can lead to undesired effects at higher speeds!
This car was my entry for the Re-volt World Open 2022 contest, released here (unchanged) as a standalone. Hope you enjoy!
This car has tons of grip so sliding isn’t much of an issue. Its weight makes it resistant to pickups. I also love the retro styling. However, it can be a handful due to the wobbly suspension that doesn’t like to go straight. Be gentle with your corrections on straights and exploit its powerful grip in the corners, and you have a strong performer that can leave most other semi-pros in the dust.
