Double Decker N64
Battle Tag Arena

Friday, 9th January 2026

Ah yes, good ol' Double Deck, but with (I think) Unreal Tournament-inspired visuals? I say this looks better than the original MK64 one, but one HUGE problem... you can easily fall into the infinite void... permanently! Though since @Paperman's Redux of this level has QoL iprovements, plus the authentic MK64 textures, I found out this arena can be easily fixed by replacing the ".w" file (and I think the .ncp file too, I don't remember) from the Redux to this one if you prefer the UT99 visuals. So with those 2 files replaced, no more infinite void issues. Imho I like both, but I like the attitude this one brings just a little better. Sincerely - Rynii-chan

Hot Wheels R/V Mega Sound Pak
Sound Resource

Tuesday, 9th December 2025

@Crimson Fury. Unfortunately, there are no signs of sounds from Enthusia at the Sounds Resource, so I am unable to import clean rips of any of the audio files anywhere. But I hope soon they will have them sometime. It's a shame I never grew up with Enthusia and I didn't realize it existed until late this year (a whole 20 years since it came out)! I've never figured out how to rip any game files from a PS2 game (IMO it seems extremely difficult to do so). But yes, I do agree after watching several gameplay videos of Enthusia, that I can see from playing so much Gran Turismo 4 in my past that Enthusia is clearly better than both GT4 and Forza (Forza 2005 wasn't 60fps sadly) when it comes to sound. Visuals quality seems to be great too (on par actually).

@Tactica anytime! And thank you for trying out my latest pack! If you want a big library of clean-ripped sounds (I assume that's what you were talking about?), consider trying The Sounds Resource. That's how I cooked up most of mine. If I spot any more Hot Wheels in RVW, I'll keep cooking more sounds up with my mixed chef skills inside my Audacity kitchen. There's already plenty done and on transit for the next update!

@burner94 Thanks for the help. I was still struggling until I found out that I had to install it via the .zip file! This helps a lot.

How do I install this!?!?!? There are no instructions on how to (not even on his readme file) and the ORP forum no longer exists (instead it redirects me to somewhere totally irrelevant). I have Blender 2.73a installed, so HOW can I install and use this!?

Not only the details are beautifully-done, but the proportions are peak! This means you're one of the better Hot Wheels converters/modelers in all of RVW! Though you missed an opportunity to make this Super Pro. But honestly no matter the parameters/class, this is perfect in every way! Would love to see more Hot Wheels from you in the future.

While the original skin for this car isn't the best, this is the best vanilla car of all time other than Purp XL. It does have it's slight flaws, but that's totally fine since in most tracks this car kicks butt! Though since this is basically the "Type 2" of Humma, I found out that skins that were once made for Humma work on this car too! I have done that before and it already looks plenty better (same thing with Purp XL, except you got to rename Toyeca's skin files to Purp XL's exact skin file name in order for it to work)!

Would love to see the entire roster eventually being converted to here. The models are spot-on!

Hot Wheels True Size Pack
Car Pack

Thursday, 25th September 2025

Honestly, I'm very impressed with this pack! These models are well-designed (especially for 2012 standards). I believe all of the models are based on the N64 version of Turbo Racing (even though I've only played the PS1 version physically since I've never owned a real N64, the PS1 disc I have is cracked but it still runs). I like the concept of the miniaturized vehicles because it makes it more accurate to real Hot Wheels-sized, but at the same time it doesn't really make them quite competition-friendly against the full-sized cars ('cuz they're so tiny). Fortunately (I will credit everyone in this pack if I ever do this)... I'm currently working on making/converting full-sized versions of these cars (in a pack) at 3.7x the size (which is about equal to a normal Re-Volt car), using the same models and textures of the cars here (I'll possibly even upscale the textures too to make them look extra-crispy). It will take me a LOT of work (since I have to adjust a lot of the params to make them work on full-scale vehicles), but it'll (maybe/hopefully) be worth it. But one issue... there's no possible way I can easily increase the polygons of the tire models (subdividing doesn't seen to work with these ones), and they look too hexagonal for the large-scale editions idea.
