Mostly all the time i can’t compete with AI when the class is the same / lower than advanced because of the first slope. Also, some cars get stuck on the second force field (if they are too heavy), so i had to change it manually.
I know that having a smiley face made by the “global weapon” pickups (stars) is cool, but mostly everytime at the start of the race the first-in-line cars go past the first slope and collect the stars, which they will activate the second they got it, which will result in more cars getting stuck in the first slope. Also, there is a bug where for some reason your lap wont count and there will be the “X” on your screen for the whole lap.
At the end of the lap some cars respawn at the end of the highest part and fall, which made them mess up and turn in random directions.
Cool but not that great.
@607 Ty for your comment. Yes, it really was the shitpost track where I learned MIG.
This is a full custom, and shows off RVGL’s capabilities, but it is not a great track. The graphics are the stock graphics, and while the racing line is unique, it does not work very well. Rookies can only complete the track when grinding for a battery in two spots each lap, and the AI do not stand a chance. This battery issue mostly ruins the track for me (playing with Rookies), but I will say that some of the racing line is actually pretty interesting, and it looks like some effort was put into this track. All the custom content is cool too, although I think the music was a bad pick.
Fortunately, an improved version of it was made: Track Dir Redux.
