A last-minute idea I had while the Next-Gen Face-Off event was running. Uses an edited version of Gotolei's remapped RC San body. Adapted the booster effect from PaintHeart's Hover Pack vehicles. The name should mean Master of Levitation... I hope I didn't get it horribly wrong :P
Parameters by yun - basically a Super Pro reinterpretation of RC San itself. Skin somewhat suggested by TTDriver during a random chat - related to a Yu-Gi-Oh card of all things...
