This is a lego track based on the Port Blue layout from Wave Race 64 1996 game. The easy layout is one of the tracks that are used in Stunt Mode of that game as well and the Championship mode at Easy level. Apart there's 2 coloured stones indicating the direction of which side you must to pass and there's panels, plane from Toy World level, satellite dishes, paintpots (such as barrels) with a ramp surrounding the track.
