Hello, thanks for your comment. I will be updating and reviewing most of my tracks and their AI Nodes.
Thanks for the AI Nodes tutorial you linked too. I will be using it. Thanks again!
Sinasoal,
the track layout is lovely, and the little touches you’ve added (barriers and platforms) blend in perfectly with the Lego world.
But if you want your track to be truly interesting and competitive, you absolutely must work on the AI nodes. It’s not enough just to drop the speed to 20 just before a 90-degree bend!
The user guide for the AI nodes can be found here: https://re-volt.gitlab.io/content-tutorial/makeitgood/ai-nodes/index.html and if you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message .
You’re not the only one who does that, and whilst it’s understandable when you’re just starting out, at some point you’ve got to get on with it.
I’m making this point because you’ve suggested quite a few interesting ideas in your tracks, but they fall flat (in my opinion) because they’re not at all fun to play due to their lack of competitiveness.
It’s something I’ve said time and time again here and there. Sorry to keep harping on about it (I might come across as a know-it-all).
Kind regards ;-)
