Ilmenite

Raw and heavy, just like where it comes from.

Ilmenite is a Super Pro car meant to be a rival of TT's Gungnir in the heavyweight category of cars. It's meant to be a torque strength monster with sluggish steering, overloaded suspension and pickup resistance in mind, the complete opposite of its rival, while still being a hyper car under all its restrictions. Originally meant to be RWD but given the null viability of the platform, a revision had to be made, giving it a 10/90 ratio 4WD transmission.

Factoids:

• Ilmenite is the raw ore of titanium, one of the strongest and heaviest metals known to man, it's meant to signify the rawness of the car.
• The car is not meant to be a top grade competitor, but all the potential is there in case someone wants to master it.
• The AI tends to struggle with it due to the sheer mass and oversteer prone nature of it.
• The parameters are not the same as the Leap Year Event version, the car has been buffed a bit, mostly acceleration wise, and can take walls a bit better now.
• The car took heavy inspiration from the cars made for Motorhead, a game from 1998 by Digitial Illusions CE.
• 2024/04/07: The car won first place on its respective category on the 2024 Leap Year Extravaganza, thanks to everyone who made it possible!
