A repaint Burner had sitting around with nothing being done with it, so he threw it to me and I made params for it.
The idea was based on Riva TNT2's legendary parameters, only not as chronic. Top speed is 37.1 MPH so just shy of Panga TC but that handling is going to take a lot of getting used to and much more to master.
