The Phantom Corsair was a one-off prototype conceived by Rust Heinz in 1938. Noteworthy for it's sleek design, low profile and considered ahead of it's time, it was planned to enter production with a price nearly four times that of the Cadillac V-16, already one of the most expensive cars of the time. Unfortunately, Rust died in a car accident the following year, effectively sealing the car's fate and leaving the prototype as the solely built example of the type.
It's big, it's FWD, I 'uno what else to say.
Nearly two years has this sat as a WIP, I'm glad to finally see it out. Thanks to Burner for minor work on the front.
