If anyone wonders - the RC/RL versioning actually makes a lot of sense. Tracks like Wildland, Cliff Mountain, Cliffside Court, Frigid Peaks, Extreme G, Empire Volt City, RC Dream, SS Route Revolt, etc are definitely not RC tracks.
