Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal: Small Brawl.

Since I was on my POD break, I decided to do a car from another game with RC cars!
The reason I've decided to do this was because I was inspired by Defstar199X (Viru <TKC> on Discord) after he created General Warthog from TM4.
Model, textures and aeriel were created from scratch (except the wheel textures), the sounds are from TM:SB.
Also included a custom honk which only works in version 20.0210a of RVGL (and newer).
