The techs over at Toy-Volt tried to make an interesting enough Rookie, that was able to zoom around the track effortlessly - however the Toy-Volt techs are also crazy, and made this abomination instead, by adding an insane ammount of power to the back wheels. If you manage to tame it, congratulations!
