A repaint of Panga TC/Shocker.
The car uses an edited set of Shocker's parameters - the ride height, spring stiffness, and damping was adjusted so the car would handle a bit better (and wouldn't rollover when boosting through a sharp turn, like Shocker sometimes does.)
