Waver is a remote controlled hovercraft, which can race both on land or water. It uses the same properties of Probe UFO, so it can also glide in the air.
Name comes from Skypiea's wavers, from the anime series One Piece (Episode 154, Skypiea Arc).
There're some additional skins included: red, pink/black and dark orange.
There're also a couple of additional parameters: one based on Probe UFO's, and other to make it act like a boat.
