@Michael You're welcome :) To answer your question, that's a bit of a tricky one. This track theme was the longest for us to develop at 13 months. One factor is the animations definitely took a while (GJ spent an entire weekend making the loop coaster animation). The development time was also longer since we were busy outside of making stuff for RVGL. It also took a lot of iterations for the park layout to end up the way it did in the final. But, the Elementary theme and the Home theme were much quicker, and if we really pushed we could have gotten them each done in half a year I bet. We try to balance our themes so that we can make some with plenty of animations that need them, and less complicated ones when they don't. I guess the short answer is based on our upload speed is it takes about 10 months for us to make a track theme. But if you're going to make your own track, don't let that discourage you. We also tend to make (almost) everything from scratch, but the community has plenty of well-made textures and assets that can speed development along, as well as the know-how for track making if you get stuck. Thank you all for the feedback, more to come soon (also happy belated birthday rodik :) )!

Splat!

A superb track! I have so much to say, but I'll try to be brief. The composition of the thumbnail is a masterpiece. Looks like it's straight from the stock game. For the racing experience, I will admit I'm very much a casual player, so with that in mind let's dive in! (Don't dive your RC in the deep pool you will sink and respawn) Kiwi's tracks tend to have a very open layout, and this one is no exception. It adds a level of difficulty in terms of navigation that doesn't show up too often in the stock tracks, but with a few laps in practice mode you'll be able to get a sense of the track. The raceline is a big improvement in terms of readability from previous tracks. There's a spot outside the bathrooms where I think I can cut past one of the pillars and I get the dreaded red X though. Despite plenty of practice laps I still got destroyed by the AI in my first race. Kudos to Kipy, these are mean little cars. I will admit, this is also my first race in months so Dr. Grudge is out of shape. >.> I'm adding another line here just to praise Kipy's AI work. It looks like the RC cars are powered by magic, but if you enter the AI Nodes edit mode you can see how much work Kipy put into these guys. I found the sharp turn before the kiddie pool to be a fun obstacle. A little aggravating when you hit an oil patch, but so satisfying when you can knock your opponent in. The race star location on the slide is great. Speaking of stars, the practice star location is in a good spot for a medium difficulty track. I won't spoil the location (sorry to disappoint those of you who can't find it and are reading through Re-Volt World comments for a hint) As is the case with Kiwi's tracks, there's lots of little details that make me smile. Here are some highlights: I adore the shark decoration on the bottom of the skateboard. There's a little stick figure graffiti that is very cute. They're saying something I endorse, but I'll let you find out what. The swimwear on the clotheslines are a nice callback to Toys in the Hood 2. I especially like the mud on the concrete by the dirt paths, and the splashes of wetness by the pool where someone jumped in. Good stuff. I also really like the detail where the base of the 2nd diving board is cracked. The ice cream vendor looks like they've extended their business here (with a new menu, too!). The launched beach ball and ping pong balls were a very nice touch, adding another level of dynamism to the track. I found myself driving up to the ping pong balls and nudging them around, just for fun. Some things are more important than winning the race. Kiwi's tracks are always a real treat. I could write one of those hour-long video essays about Splat! and still have more to say. To summarize, this a track that really makes you feel like you're at the poolside on a summer vacation. I look forward to your next track with great anticipation. (But for now I'll do some more driving around here :) )

@snaky330 I had the same issue when testing the track initially. Updating RVGL to the most recent version fixed it for me. Hope this helps. Thank you everyone for your feedback, it means a lot to us.
