No, it’s not a Lego track. The race line was created with the prmbend kit by Sean R. Malloy. Unfortunately, it cannot be found on this site. It was previously on revoltzone…but you can find the track that inspired this kit here: https://www.revoltworld.net/dl/overpass/ and another (very simple but effective) track by Hil that uses it : https://www.revoltworld.net/dl/ultraglide/ (he made others with).
Many authors have used it and still use it today. I’ll leave you to look for them (-;
