This is a wheel that I made as a child and saved on my hard drive because it was so futuristic that I couldn't figure out what it would be used for, and it's useful when I need to make a futuristic car.
Since it's in vector format, ai file, even if you make a skin with 8K texture, the image quality won't be broken.
