Acclaim F1 2026

After 4 years since the release of Acclaim F1 2022, here's the completely revamped version!

Compared to its predecessor, this car features a number of improvements that are the result of years of experience as a car creator.

Visual changes are evident: the 3D model is now more refined and optimized, with a different shape, better proportions, and more pronounced shading, increasing detail while simultaneously reducing poly count. The UV map has been completely overhauled too, to allow for easier livery creation.

Performance-wise, there are no substantial changes: parameters have been slightly tweaked to reduce weight and correct a few imperfections, leaving handling almost unchanged. Unfortunately, the turbo pickup will still cause spins when cornering, due to how it’s designed and hardcoded in-game.

This time, there's only one main two-tone livery, with more attention to detail, in two variants, with both white and black wheels. Here too, each skin has a dedicated carbox, and you can choose which one to display by swapping the names "carbox.bmp" and "carbox1.bmp" between the two files. As mentioned earlier, there's also a paintkit for custom liveries.
