    the adventurous grand touring cruiser

Aeon is a grand tourer sports car based off from Porsche Cayman 987.
the design has a characteristically sophisticated style of german manufacturing. various sponsor decals on the paintjob is meant to emulate the aesthetic of 'Ridge Racers' cars.

Aeon is made as a 'cruiser', made for the purpose of trying out new tracks. the handling is meant to be a generic railer with generic stats, for ease of driving purposes. despite being a railer, the handling has several characteristics to make the car not boring to use.

it has a RWD drivetrain and center of mass being positioned to the rear, emulating an MR feel. this MR layout causes the car to have a chance of spinouts if its weight and grip is not paid attention to.
the car is sensitive to terrain and elevation changes of the track, allowing for better surface awareness and reaction.

overall, this car is not made to be competitive or quirky.
i made this car for trying out tracks and driving around them in a 'road trip' fashion, hence the generic railer stats.
additionally, the car sensitively reacts to bumps and terrains, to make myself wary of the track's characteristics.

  1. Aeon has received a major visual update.
overall detailing, shading, and texturing is improved,
making it more similar with my present-time style.
