Given that this track is quite old, it’s not bad. But there is nothing mega-surprising. But I like all the tracks from rickyD, they are clear
It is an ice themed track, but the surface properties are not icy. This was weird to me at first, but considering that the track is still challenging and fun to race, I think it’s okay. Of course, not all cars can deal with slippery surface types well (especially when controlled by the AI), and it is nice to have an ice themed track that can be dealt with by all cars.
The graphics are beautiful, especially for the time. The coloured effects are really nice. The gameplay is quite solid too, with lots of interesting and tricky parts. The AI plays very well. The track length feels good too. The pickups are sparse, reminding of a hilaire track. This one’s worth checking out! I hope to remember it to replay it myself if I’m looking for a short challenging race.
