This is a Soundpack for Burnin' Rubber, sounds were ripped from various sources in the series.
You have Engine Options, the most commonly used one across 3, 4, and 5, the High-end Car Engine from 2, and the Unused Engines from 5.
They also have pitch options, for low and high, for the speed of the Vehicle.
These engine sounds can be used on any car, though it's best fitting on vehicles from the Series.
On top of this, various other gameplay sounds were ripped, allowing you to turn your Powerups into bass-boosted ear blasters!

These are all from Burnin' Rubber, seriously.
Some Items, or Actions have multiple different sounds to choose from, that are similar, it's down to the player's choice what gets used.
