Despite the wrongly named folder and zip file, this car based on the gallery image named lib11c.
Zaffer got fully rebuilt when ADP was being developed – this is an earlier Kipy rendition. You can find it alongside the other ADP cars here: https://www.revoltworld.net/dl/adp/
The texture is rather interesting but slightly off in feel when it comes to having more stock-like cars, especially considering this one being a recreation of an unused concept sketch – It is also incredibly blurry, feeling a bit worse than actual stock cars when it comes to decals. The car drives pretty darn well though, absolutely no issues with it.
