Repaint and Reparam of Xarc's Napalm in which this is my first time making or adjusting parameters, i hope it isnt too horrible
This serves as a slightly more user friendly version of Napalm, with slightly reduced speed and slight handling adjustments thus being downgraded to the Pro class (its acceleration is mostly the same as Napalms and RG0). it does still carry some of its issues like oversteering at low speeds and slightly understeering at high speeds, it is also still VERY allergic to walls.
