Skyline H/T 2000GT-R

2023.03.10: Improved collision to avoid bottoming out

This is a conversion of Ryuji Kainoh's Nissan Skyline H/T 2000GT-R model from NFS4. Parameters aren't too different from where they used to be, and still not the most high-effort.

I recommend the latest version of RVGL for all my updated and new cars going forward.

Compared to its original release over 15 years ago:

• Textures re-converted, colors added
• Shadow and hull generated
• Scaled 88% from original, unscaled size
• Window transparency added
• Carbox added
• New wheels with Ryuji's original texture
• Tweaked parameters
