Outlaw made it's debut in the very first Twisted Metal, and has returned in Twisted Metal 2 as you can see here, Twisted Metal 3, Small Brawl, Black, Head-On and the recent one for the PS3.
Outlaw 2 returns with a sporty design, resembling a Lancia Beta Montecarlo. This police car is such a looker. Driven by the Captain Jamie Roberts, she enters the Twisted Metal 2 contest to find and bring back her missing brother, who went missing after winning the previous contest (Twisted Metal 1).
Outlaw 2 is a very balanced police car in TM2, fast and easy to use, with a tazer as it's special weapon that does...You heard right, DOUBLE DAMAGE. It is a good special weapon to use, but make sure Outlaw 2 has it's prey close, otherwise the tazer won't work. It has to be close range to make it effective. It's not that sturdy since it's armour is ok ish.
I don't really use Outlaw that much in other TM games, but TM2 is the only TM game that I use Outlaw 2, since my main in TM2 is Spectre. Enjoy this beautiful police car! Don't forget to zap those bandits and show them who's boss!
