This is part of mrroblinx’s POD: Re-Volted project, where he converts cars and tracks from the 1997 racing game POD: Planet of Death. It is a really cool project. It is not yet finished, but I hope it will be, although mrroblinx hasn’t been active in a while.
This is one of the most recently released tracks in the project, and it was published in July 2020. It is a short and sweet track. I like the shortcuts, although the first one doesn’t save a lot of time and the second one is very hard. The jump across the pit is nice, although CPUs can sometimes get stuck there, as there is no jump wall. This is my only issue with this track.
Effects-wise this one isn’t too special: it’s just got the regular (and amazing) custom power-ups etc. The moveable casks are cool.
