Here is the full release of Brig, my entry for the RVW Next-Gen Face-Off,
Remodel of Col. Moss made to look like a possible newer generation of the rookie car.
Since the event release, several things have been addressed/added:
Thanks to everyone who voted for it and everyone who gave useful feedback and help. Enjoy :)
It is no problem, although, I think you got me wrong. The model is pretty good to be honest, even the texture is decent – I suppose I should have had just said that I’m not the biggest fan of a style like this, but it’s a good looking car for those that do like it. Parameters are a far bigger issue, but I understand that they were meant to be accurate to the original.
Thank you both for the comments, glad to know there aren’t any glaring issues and that you like the model! I guess I could have given it a more similar look to the original, but given that the base is almost pre war stuff, I decided against it, it was meant to be modern after all.
Despite this car having a 4WD, the only good things about it is the model, with parameters that are definitely below the average – Has the same issues as the car that it based on, so Col. Moss, or at least, shares plenty of it’s flaws, including rather slow and tedious turning capability that becomes extreme and annoying when using the battery, only half-decent grip, and speed, compromised of both maximum speed and acceleration both being on the lower side of things. It’s not a bad depiction of what a modern day Col. Moss would, or could look like, but sadly, at the cost of performance in races and looks/design, it is an accurate one.
This took me a day to realize this is a modern day Col. Moss. 💀
