This is a Lego Extreme, but as far as looks and gameplay are concerned, there is very little Lego about it.
The track is set at nighttime in a neighbourhood that is evidently having some issues. The graphics are good. The track is clearly set at night but not too dark, and there are a lot of fun light effects, and a smoke effect on the centrepiece of the track: a police car crash. The gameplay is fun too, with a pretty varied raceline and a cool star. The AI likes to brake very aggressively, but is quite capable.
If you want to play this track more often, though, you’ll probably have to make a little edit. Because those custom sounds… why? D:
