This is the early version of RC Bandit found in the leaked source code files of Re-Volt found in within 'james_cars' folder. That folder mostly contained early versions of Evil Weasel, RC Bandit and Canned R5. It uses a remapped body of RC Bandit and the original texture, just baked in blender and with high quality decals I had to remake. Right now it handles like an amateur version of RC Bandit. Have fun.
Weird that the cars name was changed to RC Bandit in the final game.
