Siberia Standard Track Friday, 12th January 2024

It's a nice track, with realistically uneven terrain and actually slippery ice and snow (yay!), but the collision part of the uphill slopes along the raceline sides doesn't reach far enough upwards sometimes, so that going off the track at higher speeds may drop the car through the snow and out of the world (a jarring experience), where visually the car should just stop and slide back down. Other than that, I like the track. Greetz, Ato.

Here: try 937.500000, it’s tuned on Hood2 (-gazzasaicar, race with 2 cars). Makes either perfect runs there on both grass and tarmac, or recovers if messed up by the CatchUp setting or other confusion. You were on the right path, just two tuning steps short. 1250 was still too oversteering, 625 was already too understeering, 937.5 is the next step between them, and happens to be precise enough. Yeah, this is a goldmine, no doubt. I feel like a kid in a candy store - so many choices :) This adds so much to the RL racing experience (meaning e.g. MLaden's or Skarma's cars with hood cam on e.g. rally-type or POD tracks), it's like a different game! Greetz, Ato.

Okay, update 1.1 is much, much better. The curve warning arrows (what are they called, actually?) are a welcome addition and make the raceline easy to follow and learn now. Also, the surrounding area was added, it seems. Overall, this is a different sort of Neighbourhood. Very enjoyable now. P.S. The 1.1 update's .rar file opens with 7zip for me (maybe I have too old Winrar). Greetz, Ato.
