I have the same problem. cup is greyed out in front end. maybe it is because some tracks have two versions, new and old? btw cup in game says it has 14 stages, but i see only 11 tracks listed here. maybe it has something to do with it

Great cup idea and very solid track selection! Although difficulty is too easy. i managed to beat the cup on the first round. Maybe it was intended that way?
