This car is part of the Abandoned Designs Project.

On the 09/10/2018, a small group of users decided to set up a dedicated Discord channel to recreate some original designs from the game, using concept sketches, development files, and other original resources as a base.

As the project slowly grew, more people decided to hop by and lend a hand with their creativity and insights, leading to more than 70 new cars being created!

The included cars are the product of the hard work, commitment and passion that handful of creators put into this project, culminating on the release of one of the biggest "expansion packs" seen to date.

You can get the full pack from here:

  1. It is indeed light and soft to the eye and somewhat balanced. But I wouldn’t say it’s difficult to srive at all. 4WD stabilizes this car pretty well, but the top speed nears level of Amateur rather than Rookie – there’s a reason people have a cult of following this car around becuse it is rather good, actually.

Not always though would be the case, like mentioned, it can roll around hills and such, but it’s nowhere close to the level of clockworks. If I managed to handle this car just fine without complaint, it is maybe a little more than just balanced.

At least it’s cute though, and the skin/graphics do it justice.

  2. This car is the definition of a rookie car. It is fragile like a water droplet and very light. It is also very soft to the eye as it doesn’t have many edges. Speed and acceleration are balanced for rookie class and unlike most rookies it is pretty difficult to drive. I would say it has some similarities with clockworks because you have to take every edge in the track into account or you will roll away like a bearing ball.

Chubble is a challenging car to drive but you can go really fast with it in the rookie class. That’s why it’s my favourite.
