- M-Line is a momentum car with extremely slow acceleration but excellent cornering and good top speed. It loosely follows the "Phat Slug" archetype.
- The handling is both heavy and sluggish. Steer smoothly as if you're driving a real bus.
- Approaching ramps and landing straight is always a good idea given how tall the vehicle is relative to its short wheelbase and width.
- Although its pace can be good on the right tracks, it is overall a poor racer due to its quirks and faults.
- This car shares proportions with burner94's Starefire GT.
- The model and texture are heavily based off of the Gillig 30-foot low-floor buses in my area that travel along the downtown route.
- The "M" in "M-Line" stands for either "Metro" or "Mini". Your pick.
- v1.1 - M-Line split into separate player and AI parameters.
- v1.2 - M-Line is merged back to a single car. Parameters have been redone. Changes to steer rate, steer ratio, inertia, linear resistance, wheel friction, ride heightr, and suspension. Fixed body.prm.
- v1.3 - fixed minor texture issue.
- v1.4 - Parameter and model tweaks.
Update v1.4: More parameter tweaks and minor mesh/texture changes. I apologize for the constant revisions.
In early 2023, VolTranS (Volt Transportation Services) added several 30-foot buses to their fleet. These short buses follow the newly implemented Metropolitan Line, which takes riders through strategic downtown locations in the city. Prior to launch, VolTranS initiated a promotional campaign with raffle prizes including several limited-edition RC buses.
These toys are built on Toyvolt's second generation SD chassis. Due to the size of the bodyshell, the RC bus weighs more than a typical chibi RC car.
