This is the original Re-Volt Track Editor, as contained on the EU version discs of Re-Volt. The timestamp on the TrackEdit.exe is July 20th, 1999.
The Track editor is the in-game tool that allows you to create tracks. Exported tracks are called "Lego". All versions of Re-Volt included the editor. PC Patch 0916 and DreamCast release introduced double sized tracks, e.g. tracks which can be exported much wider than the average Lego.

The Track Editor cannot appear in the game menu in RVGL, you must launch it from its own executable regardless of where or how you install it, or which version you use.
hey i have been trying to install the track editor in rvgl launcher but i cant get to appear in the game, can some one help
@burner94 Kenny’s editor is missing dlls as well and I have no idea how to use the unity one.

Either this or Kenny’s older one can do, this is a complete rewrite as CorkWare says.

@iLike_Bugatti02 Yeah, it’s super outdated and probably exists just for archival purposes. There’s a Unity rewrite of Track Editor on this site though, and it works just fine.
For me, d3drm.dll is missing so I cant open it. I dont recommend getting it.
