Technically based on the higher quality Zipper that I asked permission from IronBob to modify it because of the smoother arches, I ended up freeballing with my plan for this one, so in reality, based on the DC car - RG1 for the Next-Gen Face-Off. It served for the first category - "INNOVATION THROUGH NOSTALGIA"
RG XS is something I wanted to make for a while and the event was perfect. as a fan of the RG1 PS1 version than the DC one, I removed the spoiler, modified a few bits to look different but not too different and kaleido'd the wheels for some reason, but I liked the result. Since it was for Super Pro, I gave it great acceleration, at the cost of one thing obvious - speed. 40.2 mph is nothing for this one, but it's on brand. I did what I could to make it look more modern, and I'm happy with it as a result.
Enjoy my first Next-Gen entry car.
Changes as of version 1.1:
-Suspension stiffness raised from 300 to 350;
-Wheel offset lowered from 0 to -1, Wheels 2 and 3 moved forwards from 43.5 to 43.0, static and kinetic fiction values raised by 0.1 respectively;
-Buffed acceleration overall.
The suspension is heightened? I have not made any changes to it from the pack release. But if it looks weird, I’ll have a quick look.
I love that this car is a modern day version of RG1, but why is its suspension heightened?
