Skin entry for RVW's Autumn Party 2023.
For this contest, I wanted to challenge myself with making a skin for one of Re-Volt's vanilla vehicles. Skin makers would know how frustrating it can be to make skins for certain cars that reuse UV mappings for totally unrelated polygons. With such limited real estate, it can be downright impossible to make elaborate designs as one would wish.
The skin is called "Teng Team" due to what autumn reminds me of: the 10th game of Touhou Project which takes place in the fall season. In this game, two bosses based on mythical Tengu are introduced.
In the process of making a 512x512 skin, I also wanted to give Humma some more detail, hence the pannel lines and an alternate trunk design. I also fixed the symmetry. All this can be found in my 512x512 Humma Paintkit.
